Booking an assessment is quick and easy. Once you've sent an enquiry, we'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm a date. If you do not hear back for any reason, please just send Professor Foster an email on profjkfoster@gmail.com; he or his PA will then respond immediately.
We consider it paramount that neuropsychological reports are provided promptly; unfortunately, we have noted that this does not always happen.
At Synapse Neuopsychology, we are very confident about the professionalism and international world-leading calibre of our services; we therefore charge our full fee only if our report is provided to you within 10 business days of settlement of our account.
In the unlikely case that this is not possible, we offer a 5% discount in our fee for every day day beyond 10 business days since settlement that it takes for us to provide you with your report*.
